My first Blog Post on the website after about a year or two with the option of doing it! Im a little late but better late than never. Never the less... WELCOME TO MY BLOG PAGE

Im currently in Manitou Springs Colorado. My Boyfriend left yesterday to head to Tulsa to teach a workshop this weekend. I have to say i LOVE this town. I first came here 4 years ago after I was viciously attacked in Colorado springs leaving me with a broken nose and eye socket and the worst black eyes Ive ever had.

Manitou was good the me then. I came here to heal up and hand out and thats exactly what i did. I learned a few new songs and met some very kind people.  Im glad to be back and this time not being broke is really nice.  There are great shops and good coffee kind people and the Soda Springs are SOOOO COOL!!!!

If you don't know. The Manitou Soda Springs are fresh effervescent springs that litter the town in the forms of water refill stations water fountains and large decorative fountain springs! each one has a slightly different flavor because of the different compounds in their respective pathways.

I am set up here for 2 more days and am doing treatments at Soda Springs Park during the day when im not busking and in the Evening Ill be set up in my Van at the lower parking lot behind the Chase bank! Come find me if you're here! Thanks for reading! I promise to keep writing.

I Started my healh career in 2010 in the Airforce as Medical Technician, Combat Medic and Military Nurse. It was there I was trained in osteopathy from two Amazing D.O.'s (doctor of osteopathy) one of which was also an acupuncturist that then inspired my integrative medical career. I got out of the military and pursued life on the streets free from the confines of the rigid structure of the military to learn how to  de-militarize and after a few years traveling I did. My travels and passion for medicine brought me to a graduate program for Acupuncture and Herbology at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego. This Changed a lot for me and helped me realize a vision of a mobile clinic of sorts to treat the forgotten and ignored people that I spent years with on the road and in the streets.  As they say the rest is history.
